Crest Ocean Escape is Unit 102 at Four Winds on the Beach, a two-bedroom condo on the ground floor right beside the pool deck. The sand starts just past the building, and there are no stairs or elevators to haul bags and beach gear.
Sleeping: both bedrooms have the same family-friendly setup, a full bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed, so eight people sleep comfortably. There's one bathroom with a tub and shower, and wall-mounted air conditioning.
Everything is on one floor: the kitchen, dining area and living room share one open space. The full kitchen has a full-size fridge, electric range and oven, microwave and coffee maker, stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, plus a dining table and a bar-height table with three stools. The living room has a sofa and a wall-mounted TV.
At Four Winds on the Beach: the pool, BBQ grills and a coin-operated guest laundry room. The condo comes with two parking spaces, one for a compact car and one that fits an SUV. Cape May is a 15-minute drive away.
Good to know: check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. The renter must be 25 or older. Linens and towels aren't provided, so please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags are supplied.
